What these terms do and do not cover

These terms cover this website. They are not a contract for development work. If we build or maintain something for you, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, schedule, ownership, warranties, and support. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement controls.

Using the site

The design, text, code, and graphics on this site are owned by Business Coding Professionals or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print, and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of those clients and are used to identify work we performed.
