Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This policy explains what Business Coding Professionals collects when you use businesscodingpros.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover work we perform for clients under a separate agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Who we are
Business Coding Professionals, 1310 South Beach Blvd #1106, La Habra, CA 90631. You can reach us at info@businesscodingpros.com or (562) 231-6488. For anything in this policy, that is the contact to use.
Information you give us
We collect information only when you choose to send it. There are three places on this site where that happens:
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company name if you enter one, and the content of your message.
- The website checklist form. Your email address, so we can send you the checklist.
- The free website review form. The contact and website details you enter so we can carry out the review you have asked for.
Each of these submissions is delivered to us by email. We use what you send to reply to you and to provide what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
These forms also carry two anti-spam measures: a hidden field that people never see and automated scripts tend to fill in, and a check on how quickly the form was submitted. Neither collects anything about you beyond the submission itself.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, what kind of device they use, and which links they follow. Google receives this data and processes it under its own terms as a service provider to us. We do not use it to identify individuals.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising storage on this site is controlled by Google Consent Mode together with the cookie banner you saw on your first visit. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to future visits.
Because we are a California business, our default for visitors in the United States follows the CCPA opt-out model: analytics storage starts enabled and you can turn it off at any time. For visitors whose browser indicates they are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, storage starts disabled and nothing non-essential is set until you agree.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Clearing your browser storage will reset it and the banner will appear again.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site:
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
- Our web host — serving the site and delivering form submissions by email.
- Our email provider — receiving and replying to your messages.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained under the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from.
- Request a copy of that information.
- Request that we delete it.
- Request that we correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — although, as above, we do neither.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@businesscodingpros.com or call (562) 231-6488. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first — usually by confirming details that match what we already hold.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to the systems that receive them is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to client websites, our own applications on other domains, and social profiles. Once you follow one of those links, this policy no longer applies and the destination site's own policy governs.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
